How long does it take for my order to ship?

Once an order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days for the payment to process and 3-5 business days before the order is shipped. All orders will ship priority, through USPS, so you can expect your order within 2-3 business days depending on your location.

Can I receive a refund for my order?

Due to Covid-19 and in effort to maintain high quality extensions, all sales will be final. Refunds will be given if there is an error on the companies end, ONLY if the order is returned in the original state it was given.

No worries! If you noticed something you like on Instagram, but can’t locate it on the website, simply send us an email and we will place the order for you.

What products should I use for this hair?

There are many great products to use and it all depends on personal preference. Be sure to avoid products that contain alcohol, Sulfate and any other harsh chemicals that could damage your scalp or extensions.

What should I do for daily maintenance and upkeep?

You want to make sure you comb through your hair often to keep hair for tangling. You should also wash your hair regularly and keep it hydrated, especially with more curlier textures. Lastly, make sure you use silk wraps or bonnets at night to help keep in the moisture and protect the softness of your hair.
